Terms of Service

By accessing or using YatraHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including travel agency owners, managers, and agents.

YatraHQ provides a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for travel businesses. Features include lead management, follow-up tracking, package management, WhatsApp integration, and team collaboration tools.

Access to YatraHQ requires an approved account. Accounts are created by YatraHQ administrators after reviewing access requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or store data that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all business data you enter into YatraHQ. By using the Service, you grant YatraHQ a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

YatraHQ, its logo, and all platform software are the intellectual property of YatraHQ. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, YatraHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to close your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
